Shipping Policy
We have a small warehouse in New Zealand and a larger warehouse overseas. All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Expected Delivery Time
Below some expected delivery times for some trade routes:
For New Zealand Customers: If your order is sufficient in the New Zealand warehouse, we will ship it locally and it is expected to arrive in 3 working days. But if it is out of stock in NZ warehouse, it will need to be shipped from our overseas warehouse. It is expected to be delivered in 6-10 working days. If you want to confirm whether the goods you want to order can be shipped locally, you are welcome to ask us on IG (@y2kwarehouse_)
For Australia Customers: Items will be delivered within 6-10 business days.
For USA & Canada Customers: Items will be delivered within 8-15 business days.
For UK & EU Customers: Items will be delivered within 6-10 business days.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@y2kwarehouse.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Import VAT & Customs Charges
When your shipment arrives, you may be required to pay import VAT and duty on the goods which is collected by the courier directly. We do not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges, duties or taxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept returns.
