Refund policy

We are a B2B (business to business) seller and therefore not obligated to accept returns/process refunds.

Vintage and second-hand clothing

All of the items we sell are either vintage or pre-loved meaning they have been worn at least once before. As a result of this, our items may show signs of wear and age. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that show signs of wear and age. You will not receive items with tears or large stains!

We only do wholesale, so if you buy them for yourself, we can't guarantee that they will 100% fit you. We do not accept refunds for reasons such as not fitting the size or not liking the item.

Refunds

In the event that we deem a refund is necessary (for example, a parcel lost by a courier) you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
